snatch deadlift + snatch hold in hole (3x 1+1)
Snatch deadlift then snatch with a 5 second pause in the hole after the catch
GOAL here is fixing bottom position. If you catch and stand tall before going back down, that will not count.
No Pause required but use if needed.
Wodapalooza- “Death by Triplet” (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
“Death by Triplet” – Complete as many rounds as possible, each within a 2 minute window, of the following:
8 Burpee Box Jump Overs | 8 Hang Power Snatches | 8 Thrusters
If an athlete completes the round within the two minutes, they’ll rest the remainder, and then earn another 2-minute round. The athlete continues, until they are no longer able to complete the allotted work within the 2:00 window.
Scale to weight/ rep # that you are able to finish within the window. Goal is 4+ rounds.
