I love having the ability to wake up every day and train in a team environment.

What CF movements do you like?
– Back Squat
– Deadlift
– Floor Press
– DB snatch
– Jerks

What sports or fitness things did you do before CF?
I was a rower in high school and college!

What PRs or accomplishments are you most proud of?
Getting a dub before the Open, having the honor of being captain of the Purple Pistols, even though I was so new and had no idea what was going on, competing in a CrossFit competition for the first time this past month, and my CrossFit total

What’s your favorite thing about CFMC?
I love having the ability to wake up every day and train in a team environment. Leaving rowing was super hard, and CrossFit has allowed me to continue to feel supported by others in a way that makes me feel like I never left team sports. I am so eternally grateful I decided to finally follow through on joining CFMC. This group of people has supported me through such a transitional year of my life, I am so thankful for the friends I have here, and my new teammates for life
