What CF movements do you like? – front and back squats and most anything cardio.
What CF movements do you dislike? – deadlifts and toes to bar
What sports or fitness things did you do before CF? – I dabbled into long-distance running and volleyball
How did you find CF? – my wife said I should try crossfit, and Google search did the rest
What was your first workout? – Fran, of all things
What’s your favorite thing about CF? – the community. Everyone is always supper supportive and encouraging.
What’s something most people don’t know about you? – I’m a licensed commercial pilot.
