the ones that win the lottery of course.
What CF movements do you like?
deadlifts, pushups, and back squats
What CF movements do you dislike?
burpees, burpees, and burpees…
What sports or fitness things did you do before CF?
HIIT, boot camp, biking
How did you find CF?
internet search
What was your first workout?
handstand pushups…which required scaling right away!
What’s your favorite thing about CF?
the challenge and the group atmosphere, It is very affirming no matter fitness level or age. We are all working toward similar goals and so it makes it enjoyable to be headed in the same direction even if we are different abilities.
What’s something most people don’t know about you?
I have jumped out of a perfectly working airplane
What PRs or accomplishments are you most proud of?
when I came to CF I could not do 10 wall balls in a row. After 3 months one of the WODs had 3 sets of 25 which I was able to complete.
What’s on your CF bucket list?

What advice do you have for new (or experienced!) CrossFitters?
for new CrossFitters I would say give it time. When I started I decided to give it 6 months to see if it was right for me and during that time honestly I had some doubts but I hung in there to keep my 6 month commitment and am glad I did. Improvement will come.
