I started CrossFit like five years ago!
My favorite movements:
I like rope climb, kB, hand stands push-ups, pull ups sit ups I like everything pretty much I don’t like the bike
My favorite thing about CrossFit?
Always something new ,never boring always a new challenge you never know what the spec for the next workout was fun
