When did you start CF?
Can’t remember if it was 2013 or 2014. I stopped when I went to college and picked it back up again in June 2021. I joined CFMC in January 2022!
What CF movements do you like?
Rope climbs, snatch, power clean, double unders
What CF movements do you dislike?
Wall balls, squat cleans, bike
What sports or fitness things did you do before CF?
I played travel softball growing up and eventually played in college (Go Kutztown!)
How did you find CF?
What PRs or accomplishments are you most proud of?
This time last summer I couldn’t throw a ball without intense shoulder pain. The combination of rehab and training has strengthened my shoulder back to how it was when I was playing softball everyday and now I can throw a ball pain free again!

Listen to the coaches and don’t be afraid to ask questions!
