ARE YOU A GOOD FIT?
You do not need to be in shape to start. This program is designed for beginners!
- Must be willing to come to our facility at least 3x per week. Classes are held everyday; morning, afternoon, and evening.
- Must be committed to making this change. This will not work if the coaches want to see you reach your goals more than you do.
- Must leave your ego and makeup at home. This is a place where hard work is respected. It is a humbling experience that we've all been through.
- This is not a "biggest loser" type challenge. Not everybody will be coming in with a the goal of weight loss. All transformations are welcome!
- Must enjoy working in a one on one and group environment. The energy at the gym is infectious. When it's positive energy, there's nothing better.
- This program is co-ed. The group of supportive men and women on the same journey will push you to be better.

We provide nutrition coaching options that are completely customized to you. The best part is, we won’t ask you to give up the foods you love, or starve yourself! We'll use MyFitnessPal tracking to monitor your progress every step of the way

Join Our Challenge Classes!
Our 6 week challenge program is designed to help you build lean muscle and tone up while burning fat all at the same time. Every class is different so we're sure to have something that'll make coming to the gym fun.

Stay Accountable with Goal Setting Sessions
So you're 4 weeks in and you've lost 5lbs of fat - now what? In your Goal Setting Sessions, you’ll map out the next steps of your fitness journey with your coach.
