50 1 arm kb swings with left arm (+30 1 arm snatch)

50 toes 2 bar

100 dubs (if no.dubs spend exactly 3 minutes working on them)

200m run with racked kb right arm

50 1 arm kb swings with right arm (+30 1 arm snatch)

50 burpees

100 dubs (same if no dubs)

3 rds cindy (+bar mu, hspu, air squats)
