200 Meter Plate Run [45/25]

100 Plate Sit Ups *

200 Meter Plate Run

100 Plate Squats

200 Meter Plate Run

50 Plate Swings

200 Meter Plate Run

50 Plate Burpees

– if you drop the plate; 50 Jumping Jacks PENALTY

– plate may drop during burpees

– plate sit ups the plate must touch the floor behind your head … at the top of the movement, instead of hitting the floor between your legs, you should be sitting straight up with plate overhead with your elbows by your ears [like at the top of a press]
