Lauren began her own journey to wellness ten years ago after gaining weight due to an injury and overall poor nutrition. Frustrated with fad diets, she took matters into her own hands. A balance, everything in moderation while making small lifestyle changes. Since then, she has shed close to seventy pounds and has gained valuable knowledge and experience in the field of nutrition. This personal experience gave her the knowledge and tools to relate to clients and the struggles they experience.

Lauren has the experience to help people from all walks of life to reach their goals. She has worked with a variety of clients ranging from CrossFit Games athletes to nursing mothers.
