In teams of 2 complete the following:

3 RDS (each):

10 1 arm DB Snatches (alt.) 50/35

50 m sprint

*Partner A completes 1 round while Partner B Rests. Partner B then completes 1 round while Partner A rests. Each partner must complete 3 full rounds (6 rounds total). Partners must alternate rounds.
