Chipper Warm Up (No Measure)

2 rounds

1 – 3 minutes rowing

1 – 3 minutes singles

10 dislocates/ pass thrus

10 push ups

1 minute hold bottom squat

Chipper

Chewbacca (Time)

10 wall walks (nose must touch)

20 box jump overs

40 burpees

80 jumping lunges (l/r=1)

100 wall balls (each drop run 200m)
