When did you start CF?
I’ve been on and off for about 5 years! I always find my way back to CrossFit
What CF movements do you like?
Hang Power Snatch!
What CF movements do you dislike?
Running. I only run to practice running away from a serial killer or wild animal
What sports or fitness things did you do before CF? I played for Stony Brook Women’s Rugby team! I had two great coaches, who taught me how to be a pretty disciplined athlete.
What’s your favorite thing about CF?
The community, I can get fit and make friends, best of both worlds.
What’s on your CF bucket list?
Get my L1 OR snatch 150.
What advice do you have for new (or experienced!) CrossFitters?
Embrace the suck and be okay with being uncomfortable. There will always be workouts or movements that push you out of your comfort zone, but that’s when growth occurs. Learn from your coaches, listen to your body, and put in time to train your weaknesses.
